Job interviews give you a small window in which to convince a potential employer that you are the best person for the job.
This online course looks at preparing for interview, answering questions at interview, and actions to take after interview. It includes a discussion of question types, and information on alternative interview/assessment methods that organisations may use.

The modules was created for a private sector audience, but still holds much information that is useful in the not-for-profit sector. We will use feedback on this and other private sector modules to explore contextualisation for the humanitarian sector.
