A facilitator guides a group through a process without becoming involved in the content, and needs to keep the group on track to achieve the agreed objective.

This course will look at appropriate occasions on which to employ facilitation, and examine the key skills required to be an effective facilitator.

This course is suitable for professionals of every level, looking to ensure a discrimination-free workplace.
