Welcome to Change Management
This course has been designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to change management. It is made up of four modules.
Part one serves as an introduction to organisational change and how it can be best navigated from a managerial position. The second module looks at the impact that change can have on the individuals within an organisation. The third focuses on the change process itself. The fourth and final module is a useful overview of the different models and theories at the disposal of the modern manager.
