This course has been designed to support technical practitioners who have already completed a full 5-day HEA OA training course and would like to refresh or improve their understanding of specific elements of the HEA methodology. It is not a comprehensive OA training. The topics covered are those considered to be the most challenging aspects of the HEA OA.
