The process to develop measurement tools that provide sufficient evidence for decision-making in programs and organizations can be tricky to navigate. Between identifying important stakeholders, reading useful journal articles, properly defining an outcome of interest, adapting existing measures to fit your purpose and context, and collecting and analyzing relevant data, the entire process can be overwhelming. This course has been created to break down the process and set you up with a strong foundation so that by the time you begin to develop and use your measurement tool, you will be more confident that you are measuring something meaningful to you, your organization and stakeholders. The course will provide a basic overview of the first two steps of the four step measurement process and additional resources for deeper learning.
