This module will help to develop the understanding and ability to manage recruitment, as required by a practising or potential middle manager. We'll explain how human resource planning works in a typical organisation, and show you how to plan and implement recruitment in line with legal and business requirements.

This module will help you to understanding how an organisation's human resource planning works, including:
  •         The role and relevance of human resource planning in our own organisation
  •         The legal requirements of the process
  •         Organisational policies and procedures.
  •         The recruitment process in detail, from the identification of a vacancy through to the appointment of the successful candidate.


This module is aimed at managers of any level.
