This course is for local, national, and international humanitarian staff involved in preparing for and taking charge of in-country operational programmes in humanitarian responses. This course is for individuals who wish to learn more about safety and security in humanitarian settings, before deployment.

  How will I benefit from this course?

 

This course explores a typical security risk management planning process. It will cover the topics of actor mapping and context analysis, risk assessment, digital security and common security strategies - all within the context of before deployment or starting a new programme.
