FIELD Visit Challenge Project Management in Humanitarian Settings
FIELD
is a ground-breaking, free capacity building programme. FIELD’s focus
is to develop the pool of local, national, and international staff who
can prepare for and take charge of in-country operational programmes in
humanitarian responses.

operational planning to ensure timely and accountable delivery of project activities.
Design a detailed implementation plan
and work breakdown structure for a specific context.
Identify appropriate
project implementation approaches for different scenarios through comparison.
Recognise common
tools and best practices around managing project delivery.
Identify key steps to ensure project sustainability.
Evaluate how to facilitate the scale-down of humanitarian projects.
Analyse best practice in closing project accountably and practically.
How long will it take?Approximately 30 minutes. You can exit at any time and when you return, the module will take you to where you left off.
How much does it cost?This course is free!
Will I get a digital badge at the end? Yes
- you will be able to download a digital badge once you have have
completed the module and it's feedback survey. The FIELD Programme does
not offer certificates.
