A person with a lightbulb over their headHow will I benefit from this course?

This module will explore the final phase in the project lifecycle - project closure and transition. It will cover how to close the project, handover to others (i.e. Partners, local government, community, etc.), extend the duration or expand the scope of project.

No matter what course of action takes place, there will always be administrative, financial, and contractual closure activities such as ensuring documentation is finalised in line with record retention policies, accomplishments to be celebrated, and lessons learned shared with others. This module takes a closer look at these activities.
