This People Management module is part of the wider FIELD Programme.

A good humanitarian response attempts to reach people in need across significant distances and at pace. As a result, field managers are presented with a unique set of people management challenges. It is unlikely that a single approach to people management will work across a diversity of contexts, crisis and communities. The theories, practices and tools shared within this module offer insight into people management approaches which can be adapted to your specific situation. They will support you in enabling your team to pull together, perform and keep well throughout your time on the response.
