Speakers from CGAP, Mercy Corps, Save the Children, Strategic Impact Advisors, and USAID joined a panel discussion to present case study research on uptake and use of digital financial services following emergency programs that used mobile money to deliver assistance. The session includes presentations on research findings from Bangladesh, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe, as well as comparisons across the research, other country examples from panelists’ experience and a discussion of broader research efforts around customer-centricity.
