80 year old uncle Djano belongs to the minority of Syriac Christians. Twice he had to flee in his life. 1944 from Turkey to Syria and now again after war began. 

In Mardin he saught refuge in Syriac church. Welthungerhilfe supports the Syriac community with cash cards for food shopping.
