Concern Case Study in Kenya: Emergency Cash Transfers in an Urban Environment (6 min)

This video addresses the difficult situation that women in Nairobi slums face and how Concern Worldwide is helping them. To address what is happening in their lives, Concern is distributing cash to the poorest people in these communities. 7,000 people are now receiving the equivalent of €15 a month for an eight-month period. The money is being used for essentials such as food, education and hospital fees.
