Preparing for cash CVA: Carry out initial analysis (5 min)

From 30 November to 2nd December 2015, the regional CaLP office in Dakar brought together CVA actors from all over West Africa to work together on the theme of "Getting ready for cash transfers programming" 

 The fourth session of the regional learning event was an opportunity to remember the importance of collecting and analyzing data before a crisis. Representatives from WFP, the Red Cross and Oxfam presented the existing tools for understanding how markets work and having relevant information for anticipating the response to a crisis and making informed decisions
