IOM training on PSEA (PSEA micro-modules)
All CTG Staff contracted on behalf of IOM will be required to complete this mandatory IOM Micro-Modules training on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. This training should take you approximately 1 hour to complete.
You will be directed to IOM's E-Campus. To access this course, you may need to register and create an account on IOM's E-Campus portal. If an enrolment key is requested, please input the code PSEAMM-IOM-2022.
Once you have completed the training and received the certificate, please kindly share it with your Account Manager and upload it to your Tayo Profile by 15 September 2023.

How will I benefit from this course? The online training focuses on six (6) micro-modules, with the objective to:
a) Reinforce basic PSEA concepts and principles
b) Provide you with scenarios and activities to further your understanding of PSEA
c) Remind you of your obligation to report suspicions of SEA via the We Are All in platform
The micro modules are:
1. Demystifying Power Relations
2. Defining Sexual Misconduct
3. Leading by Example
4. Victims Perspective
5. Duty of Care
6. Your Duty (to Report) 
How long will it take? There are 6 micro modules in this course. Each micro-module is 7 - 10 minutes long.
In total, this course should take you approximately 1 hour to complete.

How much does it cost? This course is free!

Will I get a certificate at the end? Yes - you will be able to download a certificate once you have have completed all of the modules within the course.
