BRONZE Common Approaches Hub
Welcome to the BRONZE Common Approaches Hub!
Common Approaches are Save the Children’s best understanding of how to solve particular problems for children and will help us achieve even greater impact in our work. The Common Approaches Learning Programme provides professional development opportunities for staff and partners to build knowledge and skills so that Common Approaches can be implemented and scaled up with high quality. The Common Approaches Learning Programme has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold (Silver and Gold are internal to Save the Children staff only).
The purpose of Bronze course is to provide a basic understanding of Save the Children's Common Approaches, enabling participants to support the adoption of quality programming in this area. Common Approaches represent our best understanding of how to address specific challenges facing children. They are evidence-based, adaptable to multiple contexts, and replicable across countries. These open-access courses are ideal for technical staff seeking foundational knowledge of the Common Approach.
Through the Bronze Common Approaches hub, you can access 17 introductory Bronze Common Approach courses developed by Save the Children technical experts. These courses were developed with Save the Children staff in mind so some of the language is directed at them, but we have now made these courses open to partners.
