This self-paced course will help educators learn about the causes and impacts of toxic stress. Educators will also learn about how they can best support their students to heal and reach their potential.

How long will it take? The minimum expected time to complete this course is 45 minutes.
How much does it cost? This course is free!
Will I get a certificate at the end? Yes - you will be able to download a certificate once you have have completed all sections of the course, including the final quiz and feedback survey. New Jersey educators who complete and receive a completion certificate may use the hours toward the 100 Professional Development hours required.
