The Child and Adolescent Survivors Initiative (CASI) is a global, inter-agency initiative that works to ensure that child and adolescent survivors of sexual violence in humanitarian settings have access to quality services that meet their diverse and specific needs. Core to CASI's effort is strengthening the technical capacity of local, national, and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to care for child and adolescent survivors through comprehensive Child Protection (CP) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) case management, inclusive of consistent, structured supervision. The Case Management Supervision and Coaching Training is the first of a series of capacity development activities under the CASI Learning Program for CP and GBV case management supervisors/managers to increase their confidence, capacity, and support to caseworkers to provide safe, ethical, and competent case management services to child and adolescent survivors of sexual violence, as well as to all vulnerable children, families, and survivors of GBV.

Please note that this training is an adapted version of the Child Protection Case Management Supervision and Coaching Training Package created by the Case Management Task Force (CMTF) of the Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action, and includes guidance and tools from the Inter-Agency Gender-Based Violence Case Management Guidelines
