INTRODUCTION

Through the Transformation of Training (ToT) programme, participants develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver training in a humanitarian context. ToT aims to build a global pool of highly skilled facilitators who will be able to deliver quality humanitarian training to build capacity at the regional, national and local level.


The ToT programme has 3 Levels – this is the Transformation of Training: Foundation Level (Digital Pathway).
