Whether you work in civil society, government, advocacy, or community organisations, you’ll find practical tools, real examples, and guided activities to strengthen your confidence and capacity to deliver Voice work.

  • Explore how intersecting characteristics, power dynamics, and social norms affect older people’s participation and influence
  • Examine the domains of the Voice framework and different social accountability mechanisms
  • Learn about and approaches for monitoring, evaluation, and learning in Voice work
  • Apply Voice principles to age-friendly cities and communities
  • Understand the links between Voice and Healthy Ageing
