This is UNICEF's orientation programme to support new staff members as they join the organisation across the world. It is the one-stop-shop for all new hire information, ranging from mandatory onboarding activities, through to an in-depth overview of UNICEF's mission, its structure and ways of working. -

Ethics and Integrity at UNICEF
The Ethics and Integrity e-learning course is composed of a set of modules designed to enhance your awareness about the behavioural standards that you need to follow as a staff member. Through discussion, examples and case studies, the course will familiarize you with the obligations placed upon you by the Charter of the United Nations, the UN Staff Regulations and Rules, and other administrative issuances.
