To our new consultants and staff, welcome to CTG (Committed to Good). 

As a provider of staffing solutions and project management for the humanitarian and development communities, CTG recruits and supports thousands of people around the world. We are proud to be supporting your impactful work in conflict-affected regions.

We want you to be as prepared as possible for your deployment and have created CTG Learning for you to easily access the necessary information. We also hope that you will take advantage of the other learning opportunities accessible through this portal, with a myriad of courses aimed to further humanitarian and development skillsets. 

First things first, please make sure that you head to the CTG OnBoarding Pass section, which is compulsory for all new consultants. Once complete please your certificate to Tayo under the ‘Compliance’ tab.

You will also find information on your Duty of Care, resources to support your wellbeing and the COVID-19 response, as well as suggested further learning ranging from cross-cultural awareness to personal security.
