  2. Recognize different types of cyberattacks, protective measures and safeguards, and key terms related to cybersecurity and data protection. 
  3. Analyze considerations for selecting software, hardware, digital workplace, financial management, and back-office tools to compare features that meet organizational needs and increased operational efficiencies.
  4. Identify how technical concepts around network elements, IP addressing, and connectivity applications fit into the context of larger communication and operational strategies for nonprofits.
