Welcome to the Learning Design and Facilitation - Level 1 course. This introductory course will develop your knowledge of good practice in learning and development. It includes activities that focus on the practical development and application of facilitation skills and learning design in the humanitarian context, with focus on Middle East and North Africa region.

The Learning Design and Facilitation - Level 1 course is also available in Arabic and in English (for global audience).

If you are a member of senior management through to middle management or community responder, this course will also help you to develop skills you need.
