Strengthening Institutional Capacity

As more and more agencies engage in cash and voucher assistance, there is a growing awareness that organisations need to strengthen not only individual staff capacity, but also the tools, systems and processes that they use to deliver humanitarian assistance.

This space brings together tools, resources, and case studies of agencies working to improve their institutional capacity, but also provides a forum for debate, discussion, and peer-to-peer learning.

You can ask questions and share best practice tips and advice with other members of this growing community of practice.
