Welcome to our WIL (Women In Leadership) Network for the Humanitarian and Development Sectors. This Network has been set up to create a community of discovery, development and support for women leaders. Any woman in the sector is welcome to join. The Network will host regular events, provide resources for women leaders, a chat forum for discussion and the opportunity to be involved in a mentoring relationship.

	Is this for me?
	The WIL Network is aimed at any women in the Humanitarian and Development Sectors who are interested in leadership.
	How will I benefit from this?
	The Humanitarian and Development sectors rely on working together to be more effective in what we do. This network creates more dialogue and exchange and allows women to share learning between key humanitarian and development organisations globally. We aim to develop a global women's network and build trusted collaborative relationships in the humanitarian and development sectors, capable of delivering transformational change at the individual, organisational and environmental level through shared learning and support.
	How long will it take?
	The programme is ongoing with women able to participate in as many of the events as they are interested in.
	How much does it cost?
	This is free!
