During this seven-module self-paced course, you will increase your understanding of labor trafficking and develop a solid foundation on which to build your response. 

Throughout the Foundations series, Framework staff and Subject Matter Expert consultants (SMEs), with both lived and professional experience, incorporate verified statistics, the context of trauma and principles of trauma-informed care, and the strength and resourcefulness of victims and survivors

You do not need to complete all of the modules in one sitting, or in any particular order. You may exit the course and return at any time. Upon completion of all seven modules, you will be given an option to download a course completion certificate.



Is this course for me?
This course is designed to support newly-funded anti-trafficking programs, established anti-trafficking programs that are looking to more equitably address labor and sex trafficking, new anti-trafficking staff, community stakeholder partners, and others looking to gain a deeper understanding of labor trafficking through a survivor-centered, trauma-informed, rights-based, anti-racist lens.


How will I benefit from this course?
The information in this course will help advocates see the challenges and opportunities to address the issue of labor trafficking both on the surface (response) and closer to the root (prevention). Most importantly, learners will walk away better equipped to connect with, educate, and empower the survivors they serve.

How long will it take?

This course takes 2-3 hours to complete.  Each module takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. There are seven modules in total.
