This online course is a general introduction to health and safety in the workplace, describing the practical steps you can take to ensure your own health and safety along with that of your colleagues.
Please note: this course focuses on an office environment. If you work in an environment where special rules apply to good health and safety practice, you should seek additional training on these.
While this course is based on the UK's Health and Safety at Work Act, and the legal requirements of a British workplace, its contents are applicable elsewhere.
