Welcome to the Self-awareness: Managing biases course. This online self-study course  introduces unconscious cognitive biases through videos and short articles, and gives you the opportunity to explore how inaccurately we perceive the information in our environment. Surfacing and encountering biases is the first step towards clearer perceptions of reality.

Is this course for me?This module is suitable for all professionals looking to counter-balance unconscious bias. It was developed by UNHCR for their own staff, and so references UNHCR policies.
