Welcome to the Managing individuals: Feedback course. It’s important to build trust and reinforce strengths with colleagues and employees by providing constructive feedback. While feedback is a vital development tool, it is critical that the recipients of feedback trust that you are working for their best interests. Offering feedback is best when it is in the spirit of development and not punishment. Be sure your own motivation is constructive. In this self-study course you will learn the barriers to effective feedback, and the tools and skills to overcome them.
