Welcome to Well-Being for Educators of Students Affected by Forced Migration: Introduction to Mindfulness.
This self-paced course will help educators learn about mindfulness as a strategy to support their well-being. Educators will also practice guided mindfulness techniques and reflect on ways they can integrate mindfulness into their own work and lives.
Is this course for me? Teachers and other in-school and out-of-school time educators and youth development practitioners, supervisors, directors, and administrators will all benefit from this course.
How will I benefit from this course? In this course you will:

- Experience several mindfulness techniques and explore how to integrate mindfulness into your life
How long will it take? The minimum expected time to complete this course is 45 minutes.
How much does it cost? This course is free!
Will I get a certificate at the end? Yes - you will be able to download a certificate once you have have completed all sections of the course, as well as the feedback survey. New Jersey educators who complete and receive a completion certificate may use the hours toward the 100 Professional Development hours required.
