Welcome to Unlocking Humanitarian Access
This eLearning will promote a critical understanding of tools and processes to promote safe, sustainable and quality humanitarian access. While it is relevant for all humanitarians wanting to know more about access, it is especially designed for colleagues in operational and management roles working in hard to reach areas.
The course will follow a scenario-based approach in which you are immersed in contexts with access constraints. You will uncover ways to better address access obstacles in humanitarian response through active decision-making in the following key activities.
These concepts will cycle throughout each module of the course. Like real life, the course will deal with scenarios that don't have clear answers and are context-dependent.
This course was developed by Norwegian Refugee Council and supported by USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance.
