This unit provides an overview of the concept of inclusive education, particularly with regards to children with disabilities or special learning needs, and how to promote it through education in emergencies assessment, design and implementation.
Is this course for me?This course is primarily designed for education in emergencies practitioners to ensure they have a good understanding of the concept of inclusive education, particularly with regards to children with disabilities and/or special learning needs. It may also serve as a useful resource for those working in other areas but wanting to improve their understanding specifically of inclusion in EiE. This unit connects with other EiE online units but can also be used as a standalone piece of learning.
