Welcome to the Future of Skills Game

This game is a forecast of the future of skills reaching ten years into the future, to roughly the year 2030. This forecast is not a prediction, nor even a set of recommendations. It is a tool to understand what futures are possible, with some guidance and suggestions on how to work backwards from the future to what we can do today. 

Please note that this is a multiplayer game that must be played with a colleague or a friend. You will find instructions on how to invite them to participate once you have joined the course.

	How will I benefit from this game?
	On completion of this game you will be able to: Identify the skills of the 5 humanitarian career archetypes in 2030 Describe the 5 future skills your archetype might need in 2030 Explore future humanitarian scenarios  Create a humanitarian scenario that you can imagine in 2030
	How long will it take?
	This game will take approximately 2 hours to complete if played continuously between two players.
	How much does it cost?
	This game is free!
	Will I get a certificate at the end?
	No - you will not be able to get a certificate after completion on the game, but you can browse different courses on Kaya which provide certification.
	How do I start?
	Scroll to the top of the page and click on the      Join course     button, or if you're already enrolled in the course the      View content      button.  This will take you through to the course page itself where you will find instructions on how to play the game.
