Our ability to cascade learning at national and regional level is a critical skillset that will determine our success in building a humanitarian system, where countries have the capacity and capability to prepare for and respond to the growing number of complex and protracted crises in the world.

The pathway at this level (professional) is aimed at humanitarian and development workers/ staff with specific expertise or extensive experience in the humanitarian/ development sector/ environment who want to train on more complex topics or deliver more comprehensive training sessions.

The Training Delivery track consists of 6 standalone modules which covers information and knowledge related to training and the ability to conduct and facilitate training and learning sessions and programmes.

The modules provide a clear pathway that enables individuals to develop the skills and capabilities they will need to develop in order to improve their training delivery and enable others to learn.

You should only start completing modules after your Personal Development Plan is finalised. The plan gives you a good understanding of which modules will help you address the strengths and areas of improvement.

Although you should focus on the areas you identified in your Personal Development Plan, you can complete as many as you want.
