Welcome to your CTG Onboarding Pass
Please read our
policies, watch the videos and complete the short courses that you find in this
section. At the end of it all you will receive a CTG Onboarding Pass, which you
will then need to upload to Tayo.
This needs to be done before your deployment. Our goal is to ensure you are as informed as possible and that we have all the necessary information from you to keep you safe and to support you in your role.

Is this course for me? This course is aimed at new joiners at CTG before they deploy.
How will I benefit from this course? On completion of this course you will be able to:- Acknowledge and understand the CTG Code of Conduct, ensuring your wellbeing and that of your colleagues.
- Have an understanding of the CTG Whistleblowing Procedure and help to maintain an open and safe
environment at CTG.
- Successfully complete your Tayo profile, our online HR management system.
- Download the Duty of Care app and understand how it works.
- Complete 4 compulsory courses: Safeguarding Essentials, Safeguarding VR, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and Security Awareness.
- Have a deeper understanding of the FLO team, how they can assist you, and how you can contact them.
How long will it take? This course should take you around 2 hours to complete but you don't have to complete it all in one sitting.
How much does it cost? This course is free!
Will I get a certificate at the end? Yes - you will be able to download a certificate once you have completed all of the compulsory modules within the course.
How do I start? Scroll to the top of the page and click on the Join course button. This will take you through to the course content. Remember you don't have to complete the course in one go - you can always continue later from where you left off.

Data protection
This course was created and is administered by Committed to Good (CTG). This means that CTG will be able to see the name that you use on Kaya and any professional information that you have provided. This data will be anonymised before it is used for any analysis or reporting purposes. If you have any questions about this, please email helpdesk@ctg.org
