Welcome to the course on anti sexual harassment. This training is aimed at establishing an org-wide shared understanding of what sexual harassment means to the IRC and provide guidance on how to foster a harassment-free workplace environment, and ensure that all IRC staff know how and where to report sexual misconduct.
Is this course for me? This course is for all IRC staff around the world, outside of the US states of New York and California.
