FIELD is a ground-breaking, free capacity building programme. FIELD’s focus is to develop the pool of local, national, and international staff who can prepare for and take charge of in-country operational programmes in humanitarian responses.

We’ve formed the FIELD Programme specifically around the needs of Field Managers and other professionals with experience working in local, national or international NGOs, CSOs and humanitarian agencies. We’ve collaborated with over 100 experts and specialists with a wide range of backgrounds from across the world to make sure FIELD’s learning resources are engaging, accurate and relevant.

How will I benefit from this course?

FIELD focuses on building the knowledge, skills and capacity of those undertaking a front-line managerial role. The programme aims to increase the capabilities of local organisations to find, organise and mobilise staff and resources and get these resources to people in need; thereby improving the speed and quality of response.
