Here, you will access modules to acquire knowledge on the organization, on the method we apply on the field and on good practices of your work.

	The course is a mandatory phase of your onboarding process when starting your job at Nonviolent Peaceforce.
	How will I benefit from this course?
	On completion of this course you will Demonstrate basic understanding of: - NP as an organization (history, mandate, principles, functioning) and - The Methodology of Unarmed Civilian Protection (UCP) Acquire working understanding of Safeguarding, including recognise, act and report safeguarding concerns Be aware of the key indicators that may highlight fraud is occurring

	This course should take you around 4 to 5 hours to complete.

	This course is free!
	Will I get a certificate at the end?
	Yes - you will be able to download a certificate once you have have completed all of the modules within the course. You will then be asked to upload this certificate on your Bamboo page.
