This learning session lasts 90 minutes and focuses on the following topics:

  • Legal frameworks relating to the protection of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), including International Human Rights Law;
  • States’ legal obligations towards IDPs and limitations of those obligations;
  • Current challenges in applying the legal frameworks in practice.
